Acupuncture is among the oldest healing practices in the world. In the United States, practitioners incorporate healing traditions from China, Japan, and Korea. Acupuncture is a component of a complete medical system of healing. It is often used in conjunction with herbal and nutritional therapies, in order to not only treat symptoms, but also eliminate the root cause.

Acupuncture is a complementary medicine, which can be used alone or in conjunction with Western Medicine. However, many patients find that their need for prescription medicines or surgery is either decreased or eliminated as they return to health naturally.

Acupuncturists facilitate the healing response by using very fine, sterile, single-use, disposable needles. This method of therapy is safe and pain-free. In fact many patients fall asleep during their treatment and feel a lasting reduction in stress for days after. Acupuncture promotes this relaxed state by allowing the brain to release endorphins and decrease cortisol.

The goal of Chinese Medicine is to restore balance in the body—naturally. When the body is in dis-ease, a “blockage” or imbalance is present. To understand this concept, picture your body as a piece of land that is receiving water or nourishment, from various hoses. When water runs freely, the soil is fertile and growth is thriving. If any of the hoses become kinked, the ground will become withered. The role of the acupuncturist is to carefully observe the signs and symptoms, and find the “kinks” in the system.

In order to correctly diagnose and remove these blockages, your practitioner will ask you about your health condition, lifestyle, routines, and dietary habits. Your acupuncturist will want to obtain a complete picture of your treatment needs and behaviors that may contribute to your condition. Inform your practitioner of all medications you are taking and all medical conditions you have. This will ensure the most successful course of treatment. And finally, be sure to ask questions. Your Licensed Acupuncturist at Whole Health is committed to helping you achieve your health care goals!

According to the World Health Organization and the National Institutes of Health, there are over 200 conditions which can be effectively treated by acupuncture.

The purpose of Chiropractic Care at Whole Health Center is to provide the highest standard of excellence in chiropractic care, while pursuing continuous quality improvement and public education to help our patients achieve their maximum health potential through natural means.

Chiropractic health care, as stated by the Association of Chiropractic Colleges, "focuses on the relationship between function (as coordinated by the nervous system) and structure (primarily the spine) and how that relationship maintains and promotes the preservation and restoration of health." Chiropractic care emphasizes the body's natural ability to heal itself without the use of drugs and surgery.

Spinal column joints often become misaligned or "subluxated" and lead to symptoms such as pain, stiffness, headaches, loss of motion, to name a few. Causes of subluxation are commonly the result of stress to the body which can come in the form of physical stress, chemical stress, or emotional stress. There are many factors that cause physiological changes to the body that disrupt muscle, tissue, and nerve tone. These may include major trauma (an accident, a fall, or a blow to the back) or micro-trauma over time (a change in posture, for example, behind the desk or computer).

Chiropractors have known about the dangers of subluxations for over one hundred years. Today, more scientific evidence is showing the dangers of subluxations and the health benefits of correcting them. To be truly healthy, it is vital that your nervous system be functioning free of interference from subluxations. Our goal is to allow your body to return itself to the highest level of health possible by correcting health issues caused by subluxations. Chiropractors are the ONLY health professionals trained in the detection, location, and correction of the troubles associated with a subluxation.

Energy Therapy is based on ancient wisdom and modern scientific research of the electromagnetic system of the body. It is used to establish and maintain balance within the various energy centers and pathways; which can alleviate pain, discomfort and restore health and wellbeing.

Energy Therapy can be used for a variety of health concerns and imbalances. It is believed that the disruption of the energy centers and pathways (chakras and meridians) is where disease first occurs. By clearing, enhancing or dissipating the energy that is present within the individual, the natural energy flow is returned and the body can operate at optimal function.

Energy therapy is a hands-on gentle, calming and powerful healing modality that can be used alone or complements any other medical or alternative treatment.

Quantum Multi-Dimensional Healing™ is a gentle, calming, non-invasive and relaxing healing method, where Jim combines all of his abilities, skills and expertise, creating a distinctive and unique energy healing experience that continues to grow and evolve.

Jim was born with the natural gifts of clairvoyance, clairaudience and clairsentience. Jim possesses the ability to observe the bio-electrical field or aura of his clients, which furthers his ability to assess, evaluate and treat energy imbalances quickly and efficiently.

He determines the source or cause of your energy imbalance; if any residual energy or karma is being held, and whether it is from your present life or from past life experiences.

During a QMDH™ session, Jim first conducts an inquiry with a new client; gathering detailed information specific to their situation and challenges they are experiencing. As the session progresses the client receives high frequency energy through all of the energy pathways; chakras, meridians and acupressure points. The energy is received on the Quantum level (the smallest particles in the body and DNA), and is directed to the multiple dimensions of your being, producing a potent, effective and dynamic healing modality.

In all of his sessions, he uses his psychic abilities to gather information that assists him in providing the most comprehensive, custom and effective treatment for you; the multi-dimensional being that you are.

Jim’s clients have received a wide variety of benefits from his healing touch and psychic readings. He treats many forms of imbalances; both acute and chronic conditions ranging from digestive complaints, inflammation, insomnia, arthritis, post-surgical healing, pain, detoxification, headaches, ear-nose-throat, brain imbalances and general well being.
